Alpenfreibad Scheidegg

Distance: 1 km

A visit to the Scheidegg Alpine outdoor swimming pool is a very special experience for young and old.

Swim in the natural pool fed by spring water and enjoy the impressive Alpine panorama in the border triangle from the spacious sunbathing lawn – a sight that inspires and relaxes at the same time.

For younger guests, there are two heated children's pools with slides, a playground, a table tennis facility and other amenities to provide plenty of fun and variety.

Scheidegger Waterfalls

Distance: 2 km

Discover the habitat “Rohrachschlucht” – one of the hundred most beautiful geotopes in Bavaria – and enjoy the view of a wildly romantic river landscape with the impressive Scheidegger waterfalls.

The trip is especially worthwhile for families: Children will have a blast at the lovingly designed water playground – they can build dams, watch a water wheel or simply splash and play in the water to their heart's content.

Scheidegg Reptile Zoo

Distance: 2 km

The reptile zoo's more than 60 realistically designed terrariums offer an impressive variety of animals to discover:

Crocodiles, lizards, monitor lizards, as well as poisonous and non-poisonous snakes, spiders and scorpions await you – up close and safely observable.

From deadly poisonous cobras and mambas, to powerful constrictor snakes like boas and pythons, to cute geckos, colorful frogs and hairy tarantulas – every reptile fan is guaranteed to get their money's worth here.

Playgrounds

In the vicinity of our holiday apartments you will find numerous beautiful playgrounds for children of all ages. Football pitches, basketball hoops and green meadows also invite you to play, romp and relax.

Our apartments on Kurstrasse also include a private bocce court and table tennis tables.

Right next door you'll find a climbing hall and a mini-golf course – ideal for active holidays with the whole family.

Höhenweg Scheidegg

Distance: 1 km

Directly from the holiday apartment you can start one of Scheidegg's most beautiful tours: the high-altitude trail loop.

To the left, the mountain panorama; to the right, the view extends to Lake Constance – on clear days even to the island of Lindau.

The path leads you to the Gallus Chapel, through the bee trail and along fragrant orchards – past the Kneipp pool where you can refresh yourself before returning relaxed.
